How AblePay Benefits Our Patients

AblePay is a NO-COST program that allows you to save on your out-of-pocket medical expenses (deductibles, coinsurance, and copays) while assisting if you ever have questions regarding your bill. 

We know that it sounds too good to be true, but we can promise you there is no catch. Here’s how it works: 

 

AblePay is assisting North Shore Medical Center in reducing our expenses related to patient payments. Having AblePay process these patient claims on our behalf means lower costs and quicker payments for the health system.

Patients wishing to use the AblePay program can expect a convenient member portal, making paying medical bills easier than ever before.

They can also take advantage of savings, up to 13%, on out-of-pocket medical expenses. A member's savings are determined on how quickly they wish to pay AblePay. They also provide flexible payment options on every bill, allowing you to pay medical bills on terms that meet your current financial needs. Plus, AblePay billing advocates are available to answer any questions you may have regarding a bill. 

​AblePay can be used with any health insurance, including Medicare, so almost everyone is eligible to participate. You can also include anyone on your account that you are willing to be financially responsible for, even if they have a different insurance plan! All interested patients will automatically accepted into the program without any credit checks!

How long will it take to receive my video?


While we endeavor to send you your video as soon as we possibly can, please allow 5-7 business days, after placing your order, for us to send you your .mp4 download link. If you have ordered a USB or DVD we will send you an email and SMS with the tracking number for your order once it has been posted.




Are my childs videos safe?


We can assure you we try our best to ensure ALL the videos are protected as best we can. We have procedures in place to cross check the person ordering to the child/performer, we ask for the purchaser to verify their relationship with the performer, each event now has a password in order to view and your video will be sent via a password protected link. If for any reason you are uncomfortable with your child's name being on the website please contact us and we will gladly have their name removed. We are commited to child safety and ensure that anyone that has access to the video footage has a valid WWCC number at all times. If you wish to discuss this with us further please dont hesitate to contact us and we will gladly discuss with you.




How long are the routines available for sale?


Routines are available for sale for a period of 3 months after the event finishes.




I can't find my childs name, was their routine filmed?


The likelyhood is Yes! We endeavour to record every routine at every event we attend. Please note though that on the rare occasion hiccups can occur as we are recording live. In this instance your routine may not have been recorded in which case we appologise. If you can not find your routine on the website, please contact us and we can advice if there was a reason for it being left off.




Can I share my videos to social media?


Our APRA/AMCOS license is to sell videos for PRIVATE and DOMESTIC use only. which means they can not legally be shared publically on social media. If you wish to share your videos with family and close friends please ensure this is done so privately (which means behind a password and not PUBLIC).




What happens if I cant download my video?


On the rare occasion some people can have difficulty downloading and playing back their videos. If this happens to you please dont hesitate to contact us and we will work with you to ensure you are able to view your video!




My video wont play back, what do I do?


Please note that some phones will not allow you to download the videos but will allow you to play back. An .mp4 file is a commonly used video format and should play back on most devices. If you find you can not play back your video please dont hesitate to contact us and we'll help you make sure you can.




I forgot to pick up a brochur. Can I still get the password?


Yes! Please click here and fill out the form. Once we verify you attended the event we will contact you with the password to access the relevant site.
